Prof. Paul Kunitzsch was a specialist in the Star Names and Origins, he published more than 300 papers and 15 books in four languages:German, English, French and Arabic.
He dedicated his life to the history of astronomy especially how Astronomy transferred from Greeks to Arabs and from Arabs to Europe.
Prof. Paul Kunitzsch passed away last week at an age of 89 years. His famous book entitled “A dictionary of Modern Star Names”, co-writer the Astronomer Tim smart.
