The Arab Conference for Astronomy and Space Sciences – Introduction
The Arab Conference for Astronomy and Space Sciences is one of the most important conferences held by the Arab Union once every two years. Its first session began twenty years ago as an initiative of the Arab Union for Astronomy and Space Sciences to create channels of communication between scientists and specialists in space and astronomy in the Arab world and those in the land of alienation. These conferences played a major role in finding and building a database of space and astronomers throughout the Arab world and abroad.
The research papers presented at the conference by Arab researchers and their friends from other countries were numerous and varied, from astrophysics and star physics to cosmology, space geology, planetary science and solar activity and many research topics that are among the important research areas in enriching The Arab Library and helps Arab researchers in astronomy and space sciences.
